Brush sanding is perfect for sanding the edges of components both before and between coats
of paint or lacquer. With the right selection of blades, corners can be kept intact. Denibbing
dramatically improves finish resulting in better quality products.

For square or bullnosed edges, use high pressure and a medium speed of around 300/350 RPM
(280mm Dia) grit size A180 or A220 with model P32H 7+20mm blades, sand in both directions.
For step moulded kitchen doors for example, use 3+4+7mm blades see stack sanding.
For paint and lacquer, reduce the brush speed.
